Simplify the concept of Moment.
Moment = Force X perpendicular distance
Perpendicular distance must measure from Pivot to Force.
2 condition when the system is Balanced (Equilibrium)
1) Sum of clockwise moment = Sum of anti-clockwise Moment.
2) Resultant force = 0 N.
How to answer the question?
